Cleansing

Can anyone recommend a good cleansing spell/ritual for the home?
There has been a lot of negative energy surrounding me and my family for the past few weeks and I want to clear it all away and try and start a fresh.

I don't have a bath in my home.

I don't have a bath in my home i only have a shower. What i would like to know is how to prepare myself for casting a circle etc. without using a bath. Can anyone give me any ideas? Jan
